I, must have passed higher secondary (10+ 2) or an equivalent course recognized from M.S. Board/ CBSE/or recognized body. 7. (I) The student passing H.S.C examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics shall offer the following subjects at B.Sc. I examination. I course as follow: i) Paramedical/Agricultural/Fisheries group :- can take any allowed combination of three from the following subjects :- Zoology, Botany, Microbiology. Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Environmental science, Industrial fish and fisheries, Chemistry, Geology. ii) Engineering and technology, Computer Science group :- can take any allowed combination of three from the following :- Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Mathematics and Electronics. 7Master of Business AdministrationSubject to his compliance with the provisions of this Ordinance and of other ordinances in force from time to time, an applicant for admission to this course shall have passed degree examination of Gondwana University, Gadchiroli or of any other recognized University equivalent thereto with 50% aggregate marks for open category and 45% marks (aggregate) for Backward Class candidates or as notified by the state Government from time to time. Provided that Students admitted through Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by Directorate of Technical Education or any other entrance examination conducted by competent authority approved by the Directorate of Technical Education and fulfilling the eligibility conditions prescribed by the Gondwana University shall only be admitted to this Course.

10Bachelor of Education (Education)a. Candidates with at least fifty percent mark (50%) or 3.8 CGPA in 6 point scale or CGPA 5.8 in 10 point scale either in the Bachelor’s Degree and or in the Master’s Degree in Science/Social Science/Humanity, Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology with Specialization in science and mathematics with fifty five percent marks (55%) or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the program. b. The reservation and relaxation of SC/ST/OBC/PWD and other categories shall be as per the rules of the Central Government/State Government, whichever is applicable. c. The admitted candidate shall be allotted method subject by the principal of the concerned college. The allotted methods should be in accordance with the subjects of the candidate offered at S.S.C/H.S.S.C/Graduate/Additional graduate level/post graduate level. For example .. Graduate from Information Technology, Environment Science, Computer Science and Agriculture may be allotted Science (Physics/Chemistry/Biology/mathematics) and candidates from social work may be allotted Marathi/English/Social Science methods.

14Bachelor of Technology (Civil Engineering)ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION TO PROGRAM AT FIRST YEAR LEVEL The candidate shall be eligible for admission to the First Year B.E., subject to the conditions prescribed by the Government of Maharashtra from time to time. AND s/he shall have passed 12th (HSC) Standard Examination of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent, with the subjects: i) English(Higher or Lower) ii) Modern Indian Language(Higher or Lower) iii) Mathematics and Statistics iv) Chemistry v) Physics vi) And/or any other condition prescribed and revised by the Director, Technical Education, Government of Maharashtra from time to time. 6. ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION TO PROGRAM AT SECOND YEAR LEVEL Admission of a Candidate directly to the Third Semester B.E. Level shall be termed as Lateral Entry. The Eligibility conditions for lateral entry directly to the 3rd semester B.E. shall be governed by the rules prescribed and updated from time to time by the Director of Technical Education, Government of Maharashtra. However, the general eligibility conditions shall be as mentioned below: (i) That the Candidate should have passed Three Years Diploma Program with at least 50% marks in appropriate branch of Engineering/Technology from within the State of Maharashtra or its equivalent, OR (ii) That the Candidate should have passed Three Years B.Sc. (Bachelor of Science) examination of this University or any other University recognized by the UGC/MHRD with Mathematics, as a compulsory subject, with minimum 50 % marks(CGPA = 5.75), after passed XII(HSC) standard with mathematics as a subject. However, candidates admitted under such category shall be required to clear Courses of Engineering Graphics/Engineering Drawing, Electrical Engineering and Engineering Mechanical of the I and II Semester B.E. Program, along with the III semester B.E. Courses. The eligibility for admission into V Semester B.E. shall remain same, as usual.
