Bachelor of Arts (Bachelor of Arts )

A) For the B.A' l stSemester, Examinee shalr have passed the 12th standard Examination of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Educatior/cBSE/ICSE, with Engrish at Higher or Lower level and any Modem Indian Language at higher or lower level with any combination of optional subjects;
OR
B) XII standard Examination of Maharashtra state Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education in vocational Stream with one language only; oR any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto; in such subjects and with such standards of attainments as may be prescribed Minimum competition vocation course (MCVC).
OR
C) Any other Equivalent Examination of any State in (10+2) pattem with any combination of subjects.

Bachelor of Science (Bachelor of science)

Admission and Eligibility criteria: Subject to their compliance with the provisions of this
direction and of other ordinance in force from time to time, an applicant for admission to
semester I of CBCS, B.Sc. I, must have passed higher secondary (10+ 2) or an equivalent
course recognized from M.S. Board/ CBSE/or recognized body.
7. (I) The student passing H.S.C examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics
shall offer the following subjects at B.Sc. I examination.
Ability Enhancement Compulsory Course: English and any one of the following languages
Marathi, Hindi, and supplementary English.
Three core subjects from the following subjects available in the university- Physics,
Chemistry, Electronics, Mathematics, Computer Science, geology .
(II) The student passing H.S.S. Examination with Chemistry and Biology shall offer
following subjects:
i) Ability Enhancement Compulsory Course: English and any one of the following languages
:- Marathi, Hindi, and supplementary English.
ID Three core subjects from the following subjects available in the university :- Botany,
Zoology, Biochemistry, Environmental Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Industrial
fish and fisheries and Geology
(III) The students passing H.S.C. examination (M.C.V.C. stream) with technical trades shall
be eligible for the admission to CBCS, semester pattern B.Sc. I course as follow:
i) Paramedical/Agricultural/Fisheries group :- can take any allowed combination of three
from the following subjects :- Zoology, Botany, Microbiology. Biochemistry,
Biotechnology, Environmental science, Industrial fish and fisheries, Chemistry, Geology.
ii) Engineering and technology, Computer Science group :- can take any allowed combination
of three from the following :- Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Mathematics and
Electronics. Geology.

a. Candidates with at least fifty percent marks (50%) or 3.8 CGPA in 6 point scale or CGPA 5.8 in 10
point scale in the Bachelor’s Degree and B.Ed. from any recognised statutory university are eligible
for admission to the program.
b. The reservation and relaxation of SC/ST/OBC/PWD and other categories shall be as per the rules of
the Central Government/State Government, whichever is applicable.

Master of Business Administration

Subject to his compliance with the provisions of this Ordinance and of other
ordinances in force from time to time, an applicant for admission to this course
shall have passed degree examination of Gondwana University, Gadchiroli or of any
other recognized University equivalent thereto with 50% aggregate marks for open
category and 45% marks (aggregate) for Backward Class candidates or as notified
by the state Government from time to time. Provided that Students admitted
through Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by Directorate of Technical
Education or any other entrance examination conducted by competent authority
approved by the Directorate of Technical Education and fulfilling the eligibility
conditions prescribed by the Gondwana University shall only be admitted to this
Course.

a. Candidates with at least fifty percent mark (50%) or 3.8 CGPA in 6
point scale or CGPA 5.8 in 10 point scale either in the Bachelor’s
Degree and or in the Master’s Degree in Science/Social
Science/Humanity, Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology with
Specialization in science and mathematics with fifty five percent
marks (55%) or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible
for admission to the program.
b. The reservation and relaxation of SC/ST/OBC/PWD and other
categories shall be as per the rules of the Central Government/State
Government, whichever is applicable.
c. The admitted candidate shall be allotted method subject by the
principal of the concerned college. The allotted methods should be in
accordance with the subjects of the candidate offered at
S.S.C/H.S.S.C/Graduate/Additional graduate level/post graduate
level. For example .. Graduate from Information Technology,
Environment Science, Computer Science and Agriculture may be
allotted Science (Physics/Chemistry/Biology/mathematics) and
candidates from social work may be allotted Marathi/English/Social
Science methods.

Admission and Eligibility criteria: Subject to his compliance with the
provisions of this direction and of other ordinances in force from time
to time, an applicant for admission to semester I of Bachelor of Home
Science, have passed XII standard examination of MS Board of
Secondary and Higher Secondary education or any other examination
recognized as equivalent thereto under the following discipline -
Science/Home Science/Arts/commerce/MCVC.
(1) In the case of (Bachelor of Home Science Part-II, Sem. III & IV)
Examinations: - have passed, not less than one academic year previously,
the Bachelor of Home Science Part-I(Sem. -I & II) Examinations of the
University or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto, and
(2) In the case of (Bachelor of Home Science Final, Sem. V & VI)
Examinations:- have passed, not less than one academic year previously, the
Bachelor of Home SciencePart-II (Sem. III & IV) Examinations of the
University or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto:

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION TO PROGRAM AT FIRST YEAR LEVEL
The candidate shall be eligible for admission to the First Year B.E.,
subject to the conditions prescribed by the Government of Maharashtra
from time to time. AND s/he shall have passed 12th (HSC) Standard Examination of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary Education or
its equivalent, with the subjects:
i) English(Higher or Lower)
ii) Modern Indian Language(Higher or Lower)
iii) Mathematics and Statistics
iv) Chemistry
v) Physics
vi) And/or any other condition prescribed and revised by the
Director, Technical Education, Government of Maharashtra
from time to time.
6. ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION TO PROGRAM AT SECOND YEAR
LEVEL
Admission of a Candidate directly to the Third Semester B.E. Level shall
be termed as Lateral Entry. The Eligibility conditions for lateral entry
directly to the 3rd semester B.E. shall be governed by the rules prescribed
and updated from time to time by the Director of Technical Education,
Government of Maharashtra. However, the general eligibility conditions
shall be as mentioned below:
(i) That the Candidate should have passed Three Years Diploma
Program with at least 50% marks in appropriate branch of
Engineering/Technology from within the State of Maharashtra or
its equivalent,
OR
(ii) That the Candidate should have passed Three Years B.Sc. (Bachelor
of Science) examination of this University or any other University recognized by the UGC/MHRD with Mathematics, as a compulsory
subject, with minimum 50 % marks(CGPA = 5.75), after passed
XII(HSC) standard with mathematics as a subject.
However, candidates admitted under such category shall be
required to clear Courses of Engineering Graphics/Engineering
Drawing, Electrical Engineering and Engineering Mechanical of the
I and II Semester B.E. Program, along with the III semester B.E.
Courses. The eligibility for admission into V Semester B.E. shall
remain same, as usual.
(iii)The candidate should have passed four years B.E. degree program
of this University or its equivalent from
